About the Roles

Join us as an Operations Manager based in Jurong West, overseeing construction and aluminium projects in a permanent role. The position follows a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am – 12.00pm) and offers a basic salary of up to $6,500, transport allowance of up to $1,000, plus variable bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations across construction and aluminium projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and track project activities from commencement through completion.
• Lead project teams, site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate aluminium fabrication, installation, glazing, cladding, and related works.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower requirements, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure work meets required quality standards, specifications, and project deadlines.
• Manage procurement activities and coordinate timely material deliveries with suppliers.
• Review project costs, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to minimise delays and wastage.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, construction regulations, and company procedures.
• Conduct regular site visits to review work progress and productivity.
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and operational documentation.
• Support tendering, quotations, costing, and project planning when required.
• Lead and support teams in achieving productivity and operational targets.
• Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Aluminium-related studies, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction and aluminium works.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, glazing, cladding, or architectural metal works.
