Full Time Kitchen Crew (Modern Kopitiam) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 + additional compensation in VS Market Place Selangor - Maukerja

Our general requirements are as follows:

• Experience: 3-5 years in F&B is preferred. Experience working in a modern kopitiam will be advantageous

• Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with team members.

• Accuracy: High attention to detail

• Nationality: Malaysian for a full time role, although part timer will be considered on a case by case basis

The roles in the kitchen we are looking for include:

• Wok Master

  • Core Focus: Main Cooked Dishes

  • Responsibilities: Prepare main hot dishes (Nasi Lemak, Curry Mee, Laksa, Char Kway Teow), curry broths, and control wok firing.

• Kitchen Assistant

  • Core Focus: Food Prep & Portioning

  • Responsibilities: Chop aromatics and meats, deep-fry side dishes, prep sambal paste, portion rice and noodle bowls.

• Steward

  • Key Responsibilities: Clean heavy cookware/plates, run dishwashing station, handle waste disposal and grease traps
