About The Role

• End-to-End Delivery Ownership
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in delivering complex projects in the Singapore Public Sector or large enterprises.
• Agile Execution & Ceremonies
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Champion agile best practices, driving iterative development and adaptive planning across teams.
• Customer & Stakeholder Partnership
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, translating business priorities into clear delivery plans.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination
• Coordinate product owners, designers, engineers, and business analysts to keep work aligned with customer priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering continuous improvement.
• Product Awareness & Release Management
• Apply working knowledge of the digital product lifecycle, user needs, and release management to inform delivery decisions.
• Support product thinking by helping teams translate business needs into workable digital outcomes.
• RFP Support & Solution Planning
• Support pre-sales and business development activities, including RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, solution workshops, effort estimation, project planning, and proposal reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop realistic delivery approaches, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Contribute to customer presentations, bid defenses, and transition activities from proposal through project initiation.
• Service Delivery & Governance
• Ensure successful service delivery by managing customer expectations, service commitments, escalations, and operational governance.
• Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, including steering committees, risk reviews, status reporting, and service performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and service quality.
• Manage post-launch support, enhancement roadmaps, and ongoing customer engagement to ensure sustained business value.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience managing digital projects or product delivery in an agile environment. Proven experience leading full software or digital product delivery lifecycles.
• Experience supporting or leading RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including effort estimation, solution planning, and delivery approach definition.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at executive and operational levels.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing service delivery, governance forums, escalations, SLA/KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of digital product development, including release cycles, prioritisation, and operational support models.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, budgets, and commercial considerations in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with delivery tools and collaboration platforms used in agile teams (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Experienced in delivering complex projects in the Singapore Public Sector or large enterprises.
