Requirements

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

  1. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related technical field.

  2. Minimum 2 to 3 year of experience preferably in FMCG Manufacturing, preferably with experience in facility, utility or maintenance activities.

  3. Computer Literate.

  4. Good analytical skills and proactive.

  5. Good communication skills at all levels.

  6. Able to work under pressure.

  7. Able to perform basic troubleshooting and identify abnormal conditions in mechanical, electrical and utility equipment.

  8. Willing to work on shift, standby and respond to breakdown/emergency situations when required.

 

 

Responsibilities

I.  BROAD FUNCTION

 

To manage effectively, coordinate with maintenance team on Building maintenance, facilities, fixtures, fittings and equipment’s preventive maintenance program, including facility and utility equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation.
 

II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. All plant building maintenance, inclusive minor electrical works and other plant related works.

  2. General maintenance on the chillers, A/C & up keeping, including AHU and other HVAC-related equipment.

  3. Inspection, maintenance of all support system including fire alarm system.

  4. Incoming raw water system, water chilling system maintenance & up keeping, including water treatment and RO system.

  5. Incoming gas receiving & usage monitoring.

  6. Supporting to Mechanical Engineer & Supervisor on all mechanical related work.

  7. Maintenance of silo system pumps & up keeping.

  8. Perform preventive maintenance, inspection and basic troubleshooting of facility and utility equipment according to the established maintenance schedule.

  9. Monitor utility equipment operating conditions and parameters and report any abnormality or potential equipment issue to the Supervisor/Engineer.

  10. Perform corrective maintenance and basic troubleshooting for facility and utility equipment and escalate major or complex issues when required.

  11. Perform the task given on time, good quality and maintain safety.

  12. Ensure the safety of all staff within the facility.

  13. Responsible to wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by employer.

  14. Perform all instructions related to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
