A Day in the Life:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of a diverse range of events and campaigns
• Develop and maintain effective project plans and status reports to keep stakeholders informed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence and of highest standards
• Effectively manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans and proactively addressing any issues to ensure seamless project delivery
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain clear and frequent communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiencies within the project management function
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project management team

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Event Management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the event management or Advertising, Arts & Media industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passionate about delivery exceptional results and driving continuous improvement
