Junior HR & Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR and payroll activities.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary payments.
• Maintain and update employee records, personal information, leave records, and attendance.
• Administer employee benefits, claims, leave, medical certificates, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparation of employment documents and exit procedures.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and payroll records.
• Assist with CPF contributions, statutory submissions, and other payroll-related requirements.
• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview arrangements, and onboarding coordination.
• Handle employee enquiries regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and HR policies.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Provide general HR administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects when required.
