Brand Collaboration & Community Executive

Role Objective

To grow Nuuha Beauty’s brand exposure, collaborations and community presence by building meaningful partnerships with brands, communities and external partners while supporting events and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Collaboration

• Identify and approach suitable brands for potential collaborations.
• Develop creative collaboration ideas that increase Nuuha Beauty’s brand awareness and reach.
• Coordinate collaboration activities from initial proposal until execution.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential brand partners.
• Explore opportunities for cross-brand campaigns, giveaways, events and community collaborations.

2. Community Engagement

• Actively engage with Nuuha Beauty’s customer and brand community.
• Build relationships with communities, organisations, creators and potential partners.
• Assist in organising community activities that strengthen customer loyalty and brand presence.
• Represent Nuuha Beauty professionally when communicating with external parties.

3. Events & Brand Activation

• Participate in relevant events, exhibitions, pop-ups and community activities.
• Identify events that provide good exposure and collaboration opportunities for Nuuha Beauty.
• Support brand activation and engagement activities during events.
• Network with potential partners and communities during events.

4. Event Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Event Team in planning and executing events.
• Coordinate brand collaborations related to upcoming events.
• Assist the Event Team in securing partners, sponsors or collaborative activities.
• Ensure collaboration deliverables are completed according to the agreed timeline.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with new people.
• Enjoys networking, attending events and engaging with communities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative in proposing collaboration and campaign ideas.
• Organised and able to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working outside the office for events when required.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
