Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Act as an adidas Brand Ambassador and build strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on sports and fashion trends to provide product knowledge.
• Support store operations, including POS, stock replenishment, stock checks, and fitting room management.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and grooming standards.
• Assist with event logistics and store activities.
• Work collaboratively with the team and maintain good attendance.

Requirements

• Experience in Retail, Sales, or Warehousing.
• Preferably from apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG retail industries.
• Interest in sports and fashion.
• Secondary education or Certificate in Retail Management.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
