Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of clinical research studies.

• Serve as the key point of contact between the Clinical Research Unit, sponsors and cross-functional study teams.

• Coordinate study activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

• Provide operational input during study planning and support resolution of study-related issues.

• Ensure study activities comply with internal procedures, local regulatory and IRB requirements.

• Participate in protocol reviews, study meetings and operational discussions.

• Monitor study metrics, key actions and project documentation.

• Identify process improvements and share lessons learned to improve study execution.

• Lead, coach and manage team members to deliver operational objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Nursing, Sciences, Health related or Management field
• Minimum 5 years of Clinical Research Coordination Experience
