Must be able to communicate and write in Mandarin
Skills required: Fluent in Mandarin, Administrative Skills, Customer Service
Responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, good attitude, and good character.
Teamwork and also work independently.
Can work under the stress, interpersonal skills & and help desk inquiry.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone and Communication skill with customers.
Update daily listing for day to day operations according to given requirements.
Served customers and arrange well for every individual appointment.
