Location: Orchard

Salary: $2600

Working Hours:

2 Shifts Any 5 days in the week, Including Sat and Sunday

- 0700 - 1630hr

- 1030 - 2000hr

Job Scope:

- Prepare daily VVIP/ VIP listing and send to respective HODs and Senior Management

- Visit newly admitted patients and ensure patient’s confidentiality at all times.

- Offer assistance and record feedback received

- Handle and provide service recovery for potential feedbacks/ complaints that are addressed

- Coordinate and conduct maternity webinars. Track conversion for maternity webinars

- Perform triage duties:

- General enquiries

- Handle general enquiries such as queue filtering and manage billing matters

- Health Declaration Form

- Ensure Health Declaration form is filled out and escalate for medical attention when necessary

Requirement:

Min Nitec/ Diploma in any field
