Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote CCSB’s financial solutions for SMEs across online channels. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and updating web content, monitoring online engagement, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing messages, preparing reports on campaign results, and supporting brand awareness initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to improving lead generation, enhancing CCSB’s online presence, and ensuring consistent, professional communication with target audiences.

• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Digital Marketing strategy development.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing to create engaging, accurate, and audience-focused online content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Relevant experience in financial services, SME-focused marketing, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design tools) is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
