Full Time IT Infastructure (Network)- Mandarin Speaker Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Achieve Career Consultant (M) Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Specialist (Network) to support and manage our IT network and infrastructure environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of network and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in IT infrastructure and network projects, including planning, implementation, and configuration.

• Design, maintain, and support secure and scalable network infrastructure based on business and IT requirements.

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve issues related to networks, servers, storage, VMware, firewalls, routers, and switches.

• Manage and maintain UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.

• Conduct infrastructure security monitoring, vulnerability assessments, system upgrades, firmware upgrades, and security patching.

• Support IT audits, vendor management, documentation, SOPs, policies, and technical reports.

• Provide timely technical support, including after-hours support for urgent incidents, while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in network and infrastructure support.

• CCNA certification is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, servers, VMware, Azure, O365, backup/restore, VPN, VLAN, IDS/IPS, WAF, and security solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
