Responsibilities
1. Job Description
Construction Supervisor Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily air-conditioning installation, maintenance and servicing works.
Monitor workers' attendance, job performance and site activities.
Coordinate with clients, main contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure all works are completed according to project schedules and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and safety standards.
Arrange manpower, equipment and materials for daily operations.
Prepare daily work schedules and progress reports.
Resolve on-site operational and technical issues.
Administrative Manager Duties
Handle daily office administrative and operational matters.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and payment records.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.
Assist with work permit applications, renewals and employee documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers and business partners.
Maintain company documents, project records and filing systems.
Monitor office supplies and purchasing activities.
Assist management with administrative and operational reports.
2. Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction, air-conditioning or building maintenance industry.
Experience in site supervision and office administration.
Good knowledge of air-conditioning installation and maintenance works.
Good communication, coordination and leadership skills.
Able to manage workers and coordinate daily site operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of Singapore construction safety requirements and employment regulations is an advantage.
