About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns across various platforms, while working closely with internal teams and serving as a key contact for campaign delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and optimize digital media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), & TikTok Ads
• Work closely with Planning, Client Services, and other internal teams to develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and delivery to ensure KPIs are met.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
• Execute optimizations across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and ad placements.
• Manage campaign setup, trafficking, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
• Generate regular performance reports and present insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify opportunities for campaign growth and continuous improvement through testing and learning.
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Stay updated on platform developments, industry trends, and digital best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Campaign Management.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, & TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of digital media metrics, tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Programmatic Advertising platforms or DSPs (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
