Full Time Retail Assistant (3c2pwZ) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,600 in Erast Pte Ltd North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

About the Roles

We are hiring a Retail Assistant to join an aquarium and pet fish supplies retailer in Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent position with a 5.5 or 6-day workweek, operating on shifts from 10am to 8pm or 11am to 9pm. The salary package includes Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus, with an additional weekend allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Handle live fish and aquatic plants while providing appropriate care.
• Operate the cashier/ POS system and process customer payments.
• Maintain aquarium tanks through routine cleaning and water changes.
• Keep the retail store tidy, organised, and presentable.
• Receive, unpack, label, and arrange incoming stock for display.
• Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Assist with the handling and care of newly arrived fish and aquatic livestock.
• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for processing.
• Perform regular stock checks and support inventory management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification.
• Previous experience in retail, cashier, or customer service is an advantage.
• Interest in aquariums or the pets’ industry is preferred.
• Comfortable working with live fish, aquatic plants, fish food, and water.
• Friendly, punctual, and responsible in carrying out daily duties.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays (weekend allowance provided).
