Full Time Recruiter – Blue-Collar - Frontline Hiring Jobs, in HCO Strategy - Maukerja

Our client, a global real estate services firm, is hiring an in-house Recruiter for its Singapore business. You’ll report directly to the Head of TA and own hiring for the operational and frontline workforce across a multi-site property and facilities portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Run full-cycle hiring for technicians, site operations, cleaning, security and other frontline roles, plus some white-collar hiring
• Work with site and operations managers to plan headcount and prioritise vacancies
• Build sourcing channels that work for frontline talent: job portals, job fairs, walk-in drives, referrals, agencies and government partners
• Coordinate foreign worker hiring and work pass documentation in line with MOM requirements
• Manage agency partners and report hiring metrics to HR leadership

What you bring

• 4–8 years in recruitment, with at least 3 years hiring blue-collar or high-volume roles in Singapore
• In-house experience in facilities management, property services, security, healthcare support, manufacturing or logistics
• Hands-on experience with foreign worker hiring processes
• Comfortable working directly with site teams and handling volume across multiple locations
