Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, issue customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Record daily financial transactions, expenses, and cash/cheque receipts into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Reconciliations: Assist with bank reconciliations, check vendor statements, and help reconcile accounts.
- Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash claims, disbursements, and cash replenishments.
- Filing & Auditing Support: Organize and archive financial documents, receipts, and invoices; assist during month-end closes
