Full Time Product Sales Advisor Specialist ( BIG BIKE / SUPERBIKE ) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 + commission in Ebid Motor WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Strict Requirement: Candidates must have passion, excellent knowledge or understanding of superbikes / big bikes, especially those launched and available in the Malaysian market in recent years.

• Preference is given to candidates with sales experience in the automotive industry, e.g., car or motorcycle.

• Candidate possesses a valid license B / B Full.

• Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, honest and hardworking.

• Adhere to punctuality and attendance.

• Fast learner, quick thinker and passionate about sales.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills and strong follow-up skills and the ability to respond to users promptly.

• Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and passion for achieving sales goals. Strong ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Answer all customer inquiries about motorcycles, especially big bike / sportbike.

• Contact interested customers to assist them with their purchases.

• Develop and implement new customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

• Handle customer service online – WhatsApp, Phone calls, Facebook & other sources.

• Provide friendly service to prospects and convert them into paying customers through education and guidelines that match their needs and without much financial burden.

• Resolve customer problems as needed.
