Job Description
Responsibilities
Working Hours: 6 Days work week, Rotating Shift
Basic Salary: $2500/mth
Allowance + OT: $200 - $500/mth
Duties:
Assist passengers with check-in procedures and issue boarding passes
Verify travel documents such as passports, visas, and tickets
Handle baggage check-in and ensure compliance with airline policies
Conduct boarding gate duties including announcements and passenger verification
Provide assistance to passengers with special needs (elderly, wheelchair users, families with children)
Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
Coordinate with airline staff and airport authorities to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with airport safety and security procedures
Requirements
At least 1 -2 years of work experience in a customer service / hotel / lounge related industry
Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Able to work Rotating shift , Weekends, and Public holidays
