About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Delivery Driver to join THE LAUNDRY CLUB PTE LTD on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service directly to our valued customers in the Toh Tuck West Region. As a Customer Service Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their laundry services with professionalism, reliability and a smile. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our services whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer care. This position is essential to our operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver laundry services to customers in the Toh Tuck West Region in a timely and professional manner

• Collect clean and soiled laundry from customers' premises with care and attention to detail

• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and collections, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously

• Ensure vehicle maintenance and cleanliness standards are consistently met

• Follow all traffic regulations and safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices

• Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery schedules, route optimisation and any customer issues

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote business growth and customer retention

What we're looking for

• A valid driving licence with a clean driving record

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar customer-facing logistics role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently

• Physical fitness to handle the demands of regular lifting and carrying of laundry bags

• Knowledge of the Toh Tuck West Region or willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with the area

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
