Full Time Assistant Manager-Manager, REM Sales (Automotive Spare Parts) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in APM Automotive Holdings Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:-

• Handle and manage sales activities in the replacement market for automotive products within Malaysia.
• Work towards achieving the sales targets set by the Company.
• Expand and strengthen the customer base through proactive business development and relationship management.
• Liaise with the plant on material forecasts, stock orders, and production output to ensure sufficient product availability.
• Coordinate with the plant for new model and product development initiatives.
• Supervise, guide, and monitor the daily activities of the sales team, providing necessary support and motivation.
• Attend to sales enquiries, establish rapport, and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers to monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitors’ activities.
• Propose sales improvement strategies and initiatives to Management based on market analysis.
• Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports to support market and performance analysis.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from sales representatives and key accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
• Be prepared for reassignment or transfer to other positions or departments at the Company’s discretion.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales reporting tools.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
