Build a strong client partnership
- Act as the senior digital partner to the client’s marketing leadership.
- Present recommendations, performance insights and new opportunities with confidence.

Lead high-quality delivery
- Oversee day-to-day account direction, from briefing and planning through launch and optimisation.
- Make sure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Set clear expectations for plans, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Maintain strong working relationships with platform and media partners, including Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Keep investment, campaign and performance reporting accurate and transparent.
Strengthen performance, data and innovation
- Develop measurement approaches that connect digital activity to meaningful business outcomes.
- Set and review KPIs, using results to improve performance and guide future investment.
- Support the use of first-party data and audience solutions within relevant privacy and governance standards.

- Build an innovation roadmap with clear use cases and business value.
Lead and develop the team

- Coach team members and build their strategic, technical and client skills.
- Balance workload and plan team capacity around client priorities.
- Create an environment where people feel empowered to contribute, collaborate and do their best work.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 3 years leading teams and senior client relationships.
- A track record of managing significant digital investment and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of paid search, social, programmatic, video and digital measurement.
- The ability to connect channel-level performance to wider business priorities.
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing investment decisions.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- A practical understanding of AI and automation applications in media.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture, especially when priorities and deadlines shift.
Experience in a complex, fast-moving category would be an advantage. Current certifications across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, GA4 and TikTok are welcome; the successful candidate should be willing to obtain or maintain relevant certifications.
What success looks like
In your first year, you’ll have helped establish a clear digital strategy and investment approach, strengthened the link between media activity and business outcomes, improved delivery and reporting, and built a confident, capable team. You’ll also have identified and progressed meaningful opportunities in data, AI and automation.
If you’re ready to shape a major digital business, build a strong client partnership and lead a team with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
