Job Description

Responsibilities

Job description:
  • Supports process and product quality testing for containers
  • Possess technical skill for maintenance and repair of containers
  • Assists in tests to identify processes and products that do not meet the manufacturing standards
  • Assists to manage the quality control (QC) of the manufacturing process by performing routine monitoring and maintenance of equipment and products
  • Performs quality testing, record data and help prepare for the audits of the manufacturing site
  • Apply and identify areas of improvement in the work processes, and be able to analyse to identify possible issues and solve routine problems effectively
  • Assist in the constant development of test methods and inspection plans
  • Determining the causes of product defects and reworks
  • Proposing improvements to the production process
  • Ensure delivery of products before deadline
Requirements:
  • Having minimum 10 years of working experience in container repair and maintenance in manufacturing sector is beneficial
  • Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of tools, machinery and equipment
  • Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Can work well in a team
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
  • Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
  • Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
  • Ability to keep track of multiple projects
  • Possess good work attitude
