What this internship is (and isn't)

You won't be making coffee runs. It's a structured programme to help you answer one question honestly: is financial advisory the career for me?

Phase 1: Foundations (classroom)

• Risk management and insurance planning

• Investment and wealth accumulation basics

• Retirement, estate planning, LPA and Wills

• Client consultation frameworks

• How we use AI tools to research, prepare and serve clients better

Phase 2: Real-world exposure (selected interns)

• Sit in on client planning sessions with a mentor

• Help prepare for client meetings and seminars

• Support business development and content projects

• See how experienced advisors think, plan and serve

Who we're looking for

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field

• Clear thinker with good research and writing skills

• Organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram or XHS

• Coachable, curious and not afraid to ask questions
