Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming/outgoing payment terminals and accessories
Pack, prepare and check terminals for deployment
Update inventory and maintain accurate stock/serial number records
Perform basic Excel, email, and stock reporting
Perform basic terminal setup and testing (training provided)
Check, clean and process returned terminals
Support both Warehouse Admin and Terminal Preparation duties
Follow SOPs and ensure all stock movements are properly recorded
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety

This role involves both hands-on warehouse work and inventory/admin duties. Training will be provided.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email
Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions and SOPs
Basic English communication skills
Willing to learn basic terminal setup/testing
Basic IT knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, mobile data and internet)
Physically fit and able to handle items weighing approximately 10kg to 28kg
Warehouse experience is an advantage but not required

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Additional hours or occasional weekend support may be required based on operational needs
