Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Prepare daily orders to a consistently high standard
Lead the production of seasonal creations
Develop new products and ensure consistent output quantities for orders
Develop existing product lines
Collaborate closely with the team on limited-edition releases
Requirements:
Prior experience in pastry/bakery production
Good command of English and able to communicate fluently with the team
Able to take initiative and contribute to product development
Good stock and inventory management skills
Able to work rotating shifts, including occasional early mornings or night coverage
