SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage renovation projects across Klang Valley.

The ideal candidate must be able to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, monitor workmanship, control materials and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and company standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily renovation works at project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers and site activities.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and workmanship standards.
• Read and understand Architectural, Interior Design and Construction Drawings.
• Conduct site measurements and verify works before installation.
• Plan work sequences and monitor project progress according to schedule.
• Monitor material usage and site material requirements.
• Arrange material requests in advance to prevent work delays.
• Inspect workmanship quality and ensure defects are rectified promptly.
• Identify site issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Coordinate closely with Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Designer and QS.
• Provide daily project progress updates.
• Prepare Daily Site Progress Reports with supporting photos.
• Ensure the site is clean, organised and safe at all times.
• Assist with inspections, defect checking and project handover to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in residential renovation projects will be an added advantage.
• Able to read construction and interior design drawings.
• Basic knowledge of the following works:
• Brickwork & plastering
• Tiling
• Ceiling works
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Electrical works
• Carpentry & cabinetry
• Waterproofing
• Doors & windows
• General renovation finishing works
• Able to manage subcontractors and workers effectively.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must possess a valid driving licence.
• Must have own transport.
• Willing to travel between project sites within Klang Valley.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who takes ownership of the project, not someone who only visits the site and submits photos.

The right candidate should be able to:

• Take full responsibility for site execution.
• Identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Push subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Maintain good workmanship quality.
• Communicate site progress clearly with management.
• Manage site activities in an organised and professional manner.
