Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural detail drawings, structural shop drawings, and M&E clearance paths to eliminate structural conflicts early.
Manage detailed architectural material finishes (e.g., student-safe institutional features, anti-slip flooring, and campus acoustic panels) to pass internal inspections.
Track compliance with public accessibility mandates, safety guidelines, and specialized MOE facility criteria.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Building, or a closely matching technical equivalent.
3+ years of experience in structural drawing coordination and architectural fit-outs.
Proven history working on new-built institutional or public school structures with an understanding of strict hand-over standards.
