Full Time Release operations Engineer Jobs, in ETeam - Maukerja

Technical skills:

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Comfortable using command-line tools and reading logs, Linux preferred. Logging tooling would be a plus.

· Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and software deployment concepts.

· Basic understanding of version control (merges, reverts, branches).

· Able to read and interpret build, deployment or test failure output, debugging and RCA.

· Experience with web infrastructure or large-scale production systems is a plus.

· System Engineering background and experience would be a plus.

Mindset:

· Calm under pressure. Release operations are high-stakes; composure matters.

· Pragmatic and fast. Speed matters in release operations.

· Detail-oriented. Nothing slips through the cracks.

· Clear communicator. Can create analytical reports and escalate issues with full context and write clear shift handoffs.

· Quick learner. All Meta-specific tooling and systems are trained on the job.
