About the Job

The Head of Digital Sales for Life Insurance is responsible for overseeing and driving the digital sales strategy for life insurance products. This role focuses on leveraging digital channels, Digital Partners and technologies to drive digital sales, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Lead the digital sales team in meeting growth targets in digital life insurance sales.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Expand and strengthen the portfolio of digital and physical affinity partnerships.
• Lead the digital sales team squad by providing guidance, support and development opportunities.
• Enhance digital customer journey to ensure seamless and positive experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Leverage on the latest digital tools and technologies to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, sales trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development and IT to ensure a cohesive approach to digital sales.
• Ensure all digital sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

We are looking for people with

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Management and/or related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales in Insurance/Banking industry, with a proven track record of success in digital marketing and partnership development.
• Possess experience in digital transformation projects and a track record of successful digital sales initiatives.
• Experience in navigating complex regulations related to digital sales, platforms and data privacy.
• Strong knowledge of digital sales and marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Positive, strategic, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
