Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage, supervise, and schedule staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and inventory.
Coordinate events, promotions, and entertainment activities.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, security, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and company policies.
Prepare daily operational reports and report to senior management.
Requirements
Experience in club, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of sales, cost control, and staff management.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
