Full Time Senior-Technical Executive (Architectural-BIM) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in SURBANA JURONG CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Support the architectural team in the delivery of HDB residential and township projects.
• Prepare, develop and coordinate BIM models, architectural drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and M&E teams to resolve design and BIM-related issues.
• Support project teams on architectural detailing, technical coordination and drawing/model updates.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, libraries and good modelling practices across projects.
• Review BIM models and drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency and coordination.
• Support improvements to BIM workflows and digital tools to enhance project productivity.
• Provide guidance and BIM support to team members where required.
• Assist with project and authority submissions, documentation and coordination as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, BIM or related Built Environment discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural/BIM coordination, preferably within residential, HDB or large-scale building projects.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge of other BIM coordination tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Team player with good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
