Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, Multimedia or a related field
- Required to undergo industrial training (internship) as part of the study programme
- Internship duration of 3 to 6 months
- Strong interest in digital marketing, branding and content creation
- Active on social media and up to date with the latest trends
- Creative, proactive and confident in sharing ideas
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work well in a team and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients
- Generate creative content ideas for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Write engaging copywriting for captions, posts and promotional materials
- Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Prepare ad creatives and ad copy for client campaigns
- Help define target audience, budget and objectives for ad campaigns
- Monitor ad performance (CPC, CTR, reach, conversions) and suggest improvements
- Assist in photo and video shoots, as well as basic editing
- Conduct research on current trends, competitors and target audiences
- Track content performance (engagement, reach) and prepare simple reports
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team and clients
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned
