Full Time Key Account Executive (Personal - Health care) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,500 in FANTASTIC FOOD FACTORY SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals, objectives, and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments and provide relevant insights to clients.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, to develop solutions that address client needs.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach activities to initiate contact with potential clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, providing regular reports to management on sales performance and revenue growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, performance dashboards, and key metrics to the sales manager.
• Assist in evaluating market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
• Communicate sales goals, targets, and updates to the sales team.

REQUIREMENT: -

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience with good knowledge of FMCG sales-retail or equivalent at Key Account Sales Management.
• Preferred personal & healthcare Industry
• Applicants will require to possess prior experience in sales for related industry (Personal and Health care)
• Understand basic sales function i.e. key account customer sales
• Good planning, forecasting, communication, report and presentation skills
• Sales experience, particularly in the personal and healthcare sector serving independent and chain pharmacies, will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with sales experience across multiple product categories will also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
