Full Time SALES OPERATIONS - CRM LEAD Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in EFFICIENT NETWORKS INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and experienced SalesOperations & CRM Lead to lead our sales support team, coordinate dailysales activities and oversee the Company's CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the sales operations and support team.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to monitor sales activities and follow-up actions.
• Manage and maintain the Company's CRM system and customer database.
• Track sales leads, customer enquiries, quotations and business opportunities.
• Support lead generation, client engagement and account management.
• Coordinate quotation preparation, purchase orders (POs) and claims submissions.
• Prepare sales reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales operations or coordination experience.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership and coordination skills.
• Construction or engineering industry experience will be an advantage.
