Full Time Franchise Operations Special Projects Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in TVI PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

1.     To launch and champion end to end development of retail brand

2.     To manage operations, P&L, franchisees, renovations, supply chain and market expansion.

3.     To develop SOPs, pricing and product innovation andtarge t to continually reducing COGS and logistics costs to improve margin and profitability.

4.     To lead new store openings, production planning, franchise development and liaison with HQ.

5.     Partner with franchisees to drive business growth, operational excellence and brand consistency.

6.     Conduct business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and support franchise onboarding, store development and capability building.

7.     Lead Small Footprint Store development and playbook creation covering layout, equipment, manpower and operating models.

8.     Develop Hub & Satellite strategies, productivity initiatives, equipment maintenance frameworks and inventory solutions. 

9.     Support new product and concept launches, including production planning.

10.  Negotiations with contractors and Service Providers.

11.  Training of outlets Franchisees in operational SOP, Franchising, Expansion of outlets and Renewals of Lease Expiry.
