  • Monitor bank balances and coordinate internal funding transfers to ensure sufficient funds are available for payment obligations.
  • Support intercompany transactions and funding activities, including fund transfers, balance reconciliations and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain proper AP records and supporting schedules for monthly closing, audit and tax requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice, payment and reconciliation discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation to enhance AP efficiency.

Accounts Receivable

  • Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with contractual and tax requirements.
  • Record and reconcile customer receipts across various payment platforms and currencies.
  • Perform AR ageing analysis and follow up on overdue accounts to support healthy cash flow.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Payroll and Benefits) to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Maintain customer account statements and support monthly closing activities.
  • Assist in revenue reconciliation and intercompany transactions related to AR.
  • Support AR-related management reporting.
  • Prepare AR documentation for audit and tax filing requirements.

General Finance Support

  • Contribute to system automation and process improvement initiatives across AP and AR.
  • Support additional finance assignments and job rotations when required to strengthen cross-functional knowledge and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Hands-on experience in AP operations, including invoice processing, payment preparation and vendor reconciliations.
  • Experience in AR operations, including client invoicing, receipt recording and reconciliations.
  • Practical experience handling multi-currency and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, VAT and WHT regulations in Southeast Asian countries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and data integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with vendors, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
