Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and internal quality audits.
Review and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, method statements, and test records.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and relevant parties on quality-related matters.
Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and monitor their closure.
Ensure project activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
Support continuous improvement of the company’s QA/QC processes and quality management system.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and applicable industry standards.
Familiar with quality documentation, inspection reports, and technical specifications.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and with project teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
