3-5 years of experience in video content creation, video production, creative content or related fields.

Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, with a good understanding of what attracts and engages audiences.

Excellent awareness of social media trends, viral content and audience behaviour.

Experience managing end-to-end video production, from concept development to final output.

Leadership potential with the ability to guide, review and improve other creators' work.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high video production standards.

Hands-on knowledge of filming, video editing and production workflows.

Familiarity with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar editing tools.

Proactive, resourceful and able to solve creative challenges independently.

Willing to experiment with bold, unconventional ideas and explore new content formats.

Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and video production tools.

Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, digital media, creative agencies or content production is an advantage.

Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video projects and creative work is required.

Confidence performing on camera or acting is a bonus, but not mandatory.
