SPM, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, Photonic Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

Good technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Familiar with machine servicing, maintenance, and repair work.

Able to follow health and safety requirements.

Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Possess own transport.

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs for beauty equipment and accessories.

Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair aesthetic or beauty equipment.

Inspect incoming and outgoing machines and accessories to ensure correct quantity, condition, and quality.

Prepare and submit maintenance and service reports on time.

Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the equipment storage area.

Assist with equipment delivery, collection, parcel delivery, and payment collection.

Support event and exhibition setup.

Assist with basic office maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs.

Provide administrative support when required.

Carry out other duties assigned by the superior.

Assist to deliver and collect machines/accessories to or from customers.
