• Position : Branch Supervisor
• Working Hours : 7.5hr/6days
• Salary Range : Rm 2800 - Rm 3500
• Location : Taman Molek/Mount Austin

Job Scope :

• Oversee daily outlet operations
• Supervise and guide team members
• Ensure drinks follow SOP & quality standards
• Handle opening/closing & cashier closing
• Manage inventory and restock supplies
• Train new staff
• Handle customer feedback or complaints
• Ensure outlet cleanliness & hygiene

Requirements :

• No experience required – training provided (experience is an added advantage)
• Responsible and able to lead a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Branch Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
