Requirements
Currently pursuing Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Responsibilities
Accounts Duties :
Assist in handling daily accounting and finance-related tasks.
Prepare and update invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
Record daily sales, expenses, and transactions accurately into the accounting system.
Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
Monitor customer payments and supplier balances.
Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
Assist in stock and inventory reconciliation when required.
Coordinate with outlets regarding sales reports, stock transfers, and related documentation.
Administrative Duties:
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain proper filing systems for company documents and records.
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily office operations.
Assist management in coordinating meetings, reports, and operational matters.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
