Requirements
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
Sales-driven with the motivation to achieve and exceed individual and store targets.
Willingness to learn and apply product knowledge to support customer needs.
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving store goals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with customers.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to follow company standards and guidelines.
Ability to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Customer Service | 客户服务
Maintain customer loyalty through excellent service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Promote service consistency within internal teams to achieve the highest service standards.
Develop a deep understanding of customer service evaluation tools – Observation Checklist.
Sales | 销售业绩
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
Analyze Oracle system reports (such as Wall Sales Report, Branch Review Report, Top Sales Report, etc.) to develop sales strategies.
Manage in-store equipment to expand product sales reach.
Proficiently utilize the Trade Review Report to analyze foot traffic, average transaction value, and conversion rate, and apply this to store operations.
