Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook, for daily administrative tasks and communication.

  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Autocount or SQL Accounting Software is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills to manage client information and financial documents accurately.

  • Strong client relations skills, including the ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.

  • Experience or willingness to learn order processing and basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Ability to handle telephone calls efficiently and professionally, directing inquiries as needed.

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin proficiency being a significant asset for client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized filing systems.

  • Assist in processing client invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using accounting software such as Autocount or SQL.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and providing basic information to clients.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed appropriately.

  • Support the Account Executives in preparing financial reports and presentations by gathering data and organizing information.

  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, follow up on outstanding documents, and provide updates on their accounts.

  • Perform general office duties, including managing office supplies, photocopying, scanning, and ensuring the reception area is tidy.
