Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Responsibilities
Assisting the sales team in preparing quotations, and other relevant documents
Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, inventory, and sales data
Providing administrative support to the sales department, such as print product label
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department
Liaising with walk-in customers to handle inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
