Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.

Previous experience in a managerial capacity is preferred. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Supervise and manage daily operations on construction sites.

Ensure that all work complies with legal and safety standards.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to senior management.

Conduct site inspections and manage quality control and assurance processes.

Manage workforce and resources on-site, ensuring efficient operations.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, invoices, and procurement lists.

Support the Assistant Manager in handling administrative and managerial tasks related to site operations.
