Requirements
Experience in sales of beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products (OEM/ODM experience would be an added advantage).
Creative and able to develop innovative marketing and sales strategies.
High energy, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales.
Strong interest in the beauty industry and trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Ready to start at short notice is a plus.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve and maintain sales targets (with a strong sales-driven mindset)
Find new clients & manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Work closely with R&D Team to ensure smooth execution of sales
Follow up and maintain up-to-date reports on all customer interactions
Strong market analysis capabilities with keen insight into industry trends – experience in the skincare / personal care field would be an added advantage
