Requirements
Fresh graduate or candidate with at least 1-2 years experience in sales support are welcome to apply.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Must be a motivated, self starter who can work well as part of a dynamic team.
Required Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess own transport is preferred.
Responsibilities
Arrange Daily Delivery
Attending incoming & outgoing call
Responsible to provide full support and coordination to assist sales team for day to day sales activities
Assist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closely
Assist in correspondence with customer by email and to follow up and resolve customer complaints
Update customer on the ETA (estimated time of arrival)
Ensure prompt up to the stock will be arrival and deliver on time
In the event not able to fulfil customer requirement on the order or delivery date, contact customer immediately to provide alternate solution
Provide technical support to sales team via WhatsApp for any related request, inquiry or confirmation
Communicate and follow up with sales team to achieve collection target
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
