Responsibilities
The Daily Grind (What You'll Be Doing)
We keep IT real about the day-to-day. Here’s the tea on your main responsibilities:
CRM Wizardry: You'll live in our CRM Click-Up. Keeping data clean, deals updated, and everyone in the loop. Data integrity is your superpower.
Order Boss: Processing sales orders and making sure everything flows smoothly from "sold" to "delivered." No one wants an 'order status' headache.
Communications Expert: Managing the communication flow—emails, reports, meeting coordination. Clear comms are key.
Data Whisperer: Pulling reports and translating data into actual insights. Helping the team understand what’s working (and what’s not).
Sales Team Support System: You’re the go-to person for the sales reps when they need help with documentation, scheduling, or general admin support. You have their back.
